Wonder Wheel, 25" x 27," watercolor and gouache on paper.  Currently featured in the Long Beach Island (NJ) Foundation's Works on Paper exhibition.

A lot is happening this summer!  Up next, my painting Roadwork, Greenwich Village will be featured in the Salmagundi Club's 43rd Open Painting, Sculpture and Graphics exhibition.  Skylight Gallery, Salmagundi Club, 47 Fifth Avenue, NYC.  June 3 - June 27.  Gallery hours:  1 pm - 5 pm every day.  The Club's galleries are open to the public free of charge.  There will also be a closing reception on June 27 from 6 pm to 8 pm, which everyone is welcome to attend.   The club's open shows usually attract an array of very talented artists, well worth a visit!

Then, June 7 - June 22, my painting Lazy Day, South Philly will be featured in the National Association of Women Artists' Annual Members' Exhibition.  The show is being presented at One Art Space, 23 Warren Street, Tribeca.  Gallery hours:  1 pm - 5 pm every day.   There will be an opening reception June 7, 6 - 8 pm.

I'm also part of the Works on Paper 2024 exhibition at the Long Beach Island Foundation, 120 Long Beach Blvd., Loveladies, NJ.   Sunday, May 18 - Monday, July 8.  Gallery hours:  10 am - 3 pm every day, except Memorial Day & 4th of July.  My large nightscape of Coney Island featuring the iconic Wonder Wheel is part of the exhibition, which was juried by Kim Conaty, a curator for the Whitney, so it was an honor to have my paintings chosen.

Long Beach Island, New Jersey is probably not currently part of your summer itinerary, but it is a very scenic resort town.  It features white sand beaches and a state park with nature trails.  Definitely worth a trip!
